How we ship and how much it costs to dispatch your Giclée & Fine Art prints
Mainland Portugal
👉 Shipping and packaging within mainland Portugal are free for orders of €32.50 or more (VAT included). Shipping to mainland Spain (excluding the islands) is free for orders of €40.00 or more (VAT included).
👉 Pigmento offers a flat rate of €5.90 for shipping and packaging within mainland Portugal on all orders under €32.50 (VAT included). We also offer a flat rate of €6.90 for mainland Spain. These amounts cover both shipping and packaging.
azores & madeira
For the Azores and Madeira archipelagos, a flat rate of €10.90 applies to all orders under €32.50 (VAT included). This amount covers both shipping and packaging.
For orders of €32.50 or more (VAT included), shipping and packaging to the Azores and Madeira are charged at €6.50.

All our shipments include a tracking number via CTT Expresso, DPD or DHL, so you can monitor your order at any time. A mobile phone number is required in order to receive status updates and delivery PINs by SMS (service provided by the carrier).
VERY IMPORTANT
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate, complete and correct shipping address. Pigmento cannot be held responsible for failed or returned deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient’s absence, the order must be collected from the designated CTT, DPD or DHL pick-up point indicated in the delivery failure notice. This notice will also specify a deadline for collection. Failure to collect the order within the given timeframe will result in the parcel being returned to Pigmento. A new shipment will then be arranged, subject to payment of new shipping costs by the customer.
