– Free shipping and packaging for orders with a total value equal to or greater than €32.50 (VAT included).
For orders with a total value below €32.50 (VAT included), a fixed fee of €5.90 applies, which includes shipping and packaging.
Shipping Costs – Azores & Madeira
– For orders with a total value below €32.50 (VAT included), a fixed fee of €10.90 applies, which includes shipping and packaging.
– For orders with a total value equal to or greater than €32.50 (VAT included), shipping and packaging cost €6.50.

Carriers and Tracking
All orders dispatched by Pigmento include a tracking number, provided by the carrier (CTT Expresso, DPD or DHL).
Providing a valid mobile phone number is mandatory in order to receive delivery status notifications and the delivery PIN via SMS (carrier service).
Important information
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide a correct, complete, and accurate shipping address. Pigmento shall not be held liable for any failed or returned deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at the time the order is placed.
If delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient’s absence, the order must be collected from the post office or pick-up point indicated in the delivery failure notice left by the carrier. If the order is not collected within the time limit established by the carrier, it will be returned to Pigmento. In such cases, any reshipment of the order will be subject to the payment of new shipping and handling charges.
