Please note that there will be 14 days in 2025 when we won’t be dispatching any orders.
Please note that, although we remain operational on many public holidays, we will not be able to process or dispatch your orders, nor will deliveries be made on days without parcel transport service (no dispatch).
We also advise you to consider your local or regional holidays, as deliveries are unlikely to occur on those dates. On the right are listed only the three municipal holidays that most impact our dispatch operations (Aveiro, Lisbon, and Porto).
Immediately below you’ll find the list of start and end dates of our activities, as well as any extraordinary occurrences (such as maintenance and holidays). The holiday period will be defined before the end of the first quarter.

AUGUST HOURS: Reduced telephone service hours (2:30 PM to 6:00 PM).

Excelente Serviço. Os giclèes (de óptima qualidade) estavam previstos chegar em dois dias, mas no dia seguinte à encomenda já estavam na minha morada. As respostas por mail foram muito rápidas e elucidativas.
